2. Terms of Service & Website Policies

Legal Notice: This website is operated by JASMER TENTS RENTAL. All rental services, bookings, and contracts executed through or initiated via this platform are governed strictly by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

2.1 Booking & Payment Terms

  • Advance Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total contract value is required to secure the equipment, event dates, and installation slot.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full prior to or upon the completion of the tent installation, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling:

    • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the setup date: The deposit may be retained as a credit note for future bookings (valid for 6 months).

    • Cancellations made within 3 to 7 days of the setup date: The 50% deposit will be forfeited to cover scheduling, logistics, and material allocation losses.

    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the setup date: The client shall be legally liable to pay 100% of the full contract value.

2.2 Client Obligations & Site Access

  • The client is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary event permits, venue approvals, and Gate Passes required for our installation crew and vehicles.

  • The client must clear the site of any obstructions and clearly map out underground utilities (water pipes, electric cables) prior to our arrival. JASMER TENTS RENTAL will not be held liable for damages to unmarked underground infrastructure.

3. Delivery, Installation & Dismantling Policy

  • Service Coverage: We provide premium delivery and professional installation services across Dubai and all other Emirates within the UAE.

  • Delivery Schedule: Timelines are strictly coordinated based on the rental contract. Standard installations are typically completed 24 to 48 hours prior to the event commencement.

  • Delays & Gate Passes: If our logistics or installation team is delayed due to the client’s failure to secure venue access or proper permissions, any additional labor hours or rescheduling fees will be billed to the client.

  • Dismantling & Handover: Upon the conclusion of the rental period, our team will dismantle and remove all assets within the agreed timeframe. A mutual physical inspection of the inventory will be conducted on-site during handover and removal.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

In strict compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020), tent rental services are categorized as time-sensitive, customized event services. Therefore, standard consumer "return/exchange" policies do not apply.

  • Service Defect or Non-Compliance:

    Upon completion of the installation, the client must inspect the structure. If the tent fabric, sizing, or cleanliness severely deviates from the agreed contractual specifications, or if any structural safety defect is identified, the client has the right to reject the handover. JASMER TENTS RENTAL commits to rectifying, repairing, or replacing the defective elements immediately before the event start time. If rectification is impossible and disrupts the event, a proportional discount or a full refund will be processed.

  • Post-Sign-off Liability:

    Once the client signs the delivery/handover receipt, the equipment is deemed accepted in perfect condition. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, under-utilization, or complaints raised after the event has commenced.

  • Refund Processing:

    Any legally approved refunds will be processed back to the original channel of payment (Bank Transfer or Credit Card) within 7 to 14 business days, subject to standard banking clearing cycles.

5. Warranty & Structural Safety Conditions

  • Structural Safety Assurance: JASMER TENTS RENTAL warrants that all leased structures (aluminum alloy frames, steel connectors) conform to UAE structural safety and wind-resistance thresholds. We provide a 24/7 Emergency Maintenance Hotline throughout your rental duration for urgent structural support.

  • Material Specifications:

    • Fire Retardancy: All PVC fabrics used are certified B1/M2 fire-retardant, adhering to UAE Civil Defence codes.

    • Weatherproofing: Tents are guaranteed to be water-resistant under standard weather conditions.

  • Damage & Misuse Liabilities (Exclusions):

    The client assumes full custodial responsibility for the tent and all rented add-ons (AC units, carpets, furniture, lighting) during the lease term.

    • Strict Prohibitions: Naked flames, unauthorized high-power electrical tampering, cooking inside non-designated tents, or the use of corrosive chemicals are strictly prohibited.

    • Indemnity: Any damage, burn marks, structural modification, or loss of equipment caused by guest misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications will be billed directly to the client at the full replacement value.
